Frequently Asked Questions
We dig out the story sitting inside a company, product, or idea, then build it into video, writing, and social content people genuinely remember, not the usual corporate marketing.
No. Half our work is with startups and founders. What a story needs is something real to say, not a big logo behind it.
Depends on scope, but most run a few weeks start to finish. Research and scripting first, then filming, then the edit.
Most production houses grab a camera first. We start with the research and figure out what the story actually is, and the camera shows up later.
Both. Some clients want one great film. Others want an ongoing social strategy and a consistent presence over time, and we run that too, including account management.
Send us a message through the contact form, or just email us. We'll usually start with a short call to hear what story you're sitting on.
Usually four to eight weeks, kickoff to delivery. Research and interviews first, then filming, then edit and grade. Pieces with heavy archival use or multiple locations take longer, and we'll give you a real number once we see the brief.
Not as much as you'd think. A handful of honest interviews usually covers it, someone from leadership, a couple of long serving employees, sometimes a customer. We'll scope the exact list once we know the story.
That's often the whole point. One well made film gets cut into a recruiting version, a version for the investor deck, and one for internal culture use, instead of paying for three separate shoots.
Every interview and every cut goes through your approval before anything is final, and we work inside whatever confidentiality rules your legal or comms team hands us.
Founders, executives, sales leads, anyone who regularly has to pitch, present, or explain the business to someone else, whether that's a room of investors or a new hire.
Either. A lot of clients test it out with a single workshop first, then turn it into a recurring program once new hires need the same grounding.
Always. We build each session around your actual products and past pitches. We don't run a generic communications course and swap the logo.
Eight to twenty five people tends to work best, but we've adapted the format for smaller leadership rooms and larger all hands sessions too.
Documentaries, reels, and podcast segments on our own channels, with your brand woven into the story itself, not a straight ad break dropped into someone else's content.
Yes, we lock the brief, key messages, and any no go areas with you before we shoot, and you see the cut before anything goes live.
We report views, watch time, and engagement on the placement, plus any click throughs or follow on actions we're able to track.
Yes, quite a few clients hold a recurring slot on our content calendar so the brand shows up consistently instead of once and gone.
Through unique tracking links and codes tied to each piece of content, reported on a regular schedule. Clicks, conversions, and estimated value generated.
Yes. We handle the tracking infrastructure ourselves, so what lands in your inbox is a clean report, not a raw platform export you have to decode.
We agree on that with you upfront, a sale, a signup, an app install, whatever the real action is, so we're both counting the same thing.
Most affiliate programs need a few months just to gather enough data to optimize properly. We'll give you a realistic minimum once we scope it out.
